Each maintains its own TPO register and conservation areas — Royston town centre and the Old Town on the Hertfordshire side, Melbourn, Bassingbourn and Barrington on the Cambridgeshire side. Six weeks' written Section 211 notice applies in a conservation area, full written consent for a TPO tree. We identify the right authority and submit the application for a small fee, deducted from your bill if the work goes ahead.
