Who We Are Gildergreen Tree Surgery ("we", "us", "our") is a tree surgery business based in Bedford (MK43), Bedfordshire, led by Lee Gilder. What We Collect When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you give us about the tree work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website. ## 3\. How Long We Keep It Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory warranty obligations. ## 6\.
